Training Name - Certification Requirements/Length of Certifications

American Red Cross CPR/AED - (1) One Year from Course Completion Date

American Red Cross Standard First Aid - (3) Years from Course Completion Date

OSHA 30Hr/Competent Person Training - Card does not expire…recommended training update every (3) years

OSHA 10Hr Training - Card does not expire…recommended training update every (3) years

Injury Illness Reporting - No expiration…done when hired

Asbestos Awarness - Trained before initial job assignment…updated every (1) year

Respiratory Protection (Respirator Use) - medical evaluation/fit test…annual re-training on respirator use

Fire Protection Use (fire extinguishers) - before initial job assignment/repeated annually

Hand Tools - before initial job assignment/operation of the tool

Welding/Cutting - before initial job assignment/employee orientation

Fall Protection - before initial job assignment/company specific for retraining

Scaffolding/Aerial Lifts - before initial job assignement/equipment specific training required

Material Handling - Every 3 years…specific to the equipment being used

Electrical - before initial job assignement/employee orientation

Occupational Noise Exposure - before initial assignment/repeated annually

Personal Protective Equipment - before initial job assignment/employee orientation

Lockout/Tagout - before initial job assigment/when new procedures introduced/annually for employees directly involved in LOTO/machine specific

Powered Industrial Trucks - before initial job assignment/re-certification every (3) three years/or after near miss, unsafe operation, failure of operator evaluation

Overhead Gantry Cranes - before initial job assignment/employee orientation

Mechanical Power Presses - before initial job assignment/repeated annually

Emergency Action Plans (fire drill/tornado/etc) - before initial job assignment/drills to be repeated annually

Confined Space (permit/non-permit required) - before initial job assignment/training is specific to each indiviudal confined space, require training each time an entry maybe performed

Hilti - before initial use of the tool

Bloodborne Pathogens - before initial job assignment/employee orientation

Hazard Communication - before initial job assignment/employee orientation

Ladder Safety - before initial job assignment/employee orientation
