2011 Board of Directors & Officers

According to our bylaws, the board of directors are elected board members, elected officers during their term, members who serve on SMACNA-National Board of Directors during their term on the national level, and the SMACNA-KC executive director. Therefore, there are ten SMACNA-KC Board of Directors including four SMACNA-KC officers who serve a one-year term, and the SMACNA-KC executive director.
At the annual Association Meeting on December 14th, 2011, the membership voted in favor of the Nominating Committee’s recommendations. The following are the 2011 Board of Directors, their term and expiration dates:
