CJ graduated from Commercial Art School in 1986. She continued her education and graduated as a Certified and Registered Dental Assistant in 1993. She expanded her knowledge of the technical processes of dentistry while working with a software development firm, and has trained offices throughout the United States. Born and raised in Minnesota, she moved to Kansas City 14 years ago with her husband and daughter to work for a cosmetic dentist in Kansas City as a treatment coordinator.
In this position CJ was able to work one on one with her clients, establishing relationships and connections. Also in this position she represented the image of the office and provided a high standard of service.
CJ hopes to use this ability to develop relationships and also relate the benefits of services provided to SMACNA’s members and affiliates.
